Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Effective December May 2024

Created to be Free Apparel strives to offer the best service and shipping process for our customers. To that end, our items are produced and made to order. We are currently using the USPS and the UPS for shipping, whichever has the most economical rate - as they do fluctuate. 

Customers will receive a confirmation containing a USPS/UPS tracking number after items have been shipped. Prior to checking out, please make sure that the shipping address is correct. We cannot cancel or modify orders after they are placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation containing your USPS/ UPS tracking number. Created to be Free cannot be held responsible for weather delays and conditions out of our control after items are shipped. If you have any concerns, please contact the USPS or UPS directly concerning your package.

Exchanges

We want you to love your apparel!

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must send us an email within TWO business days of receiving your merchandise for another item to be sent in place of it. Please be sure to include a picture of the damaged item and the tracking number for your order. To exchange, customers should contact us at info@createdtobefreeapparel.com for more instructions. After speaking with a support team member, customers will be allowed to return the item in saleable condition. Customers may not return items that have been worn. There are no refunds or cancellations.

After receiving your email, our team will review your order and send you an update. Please note, you will receive a shipping label via email for you to return the damaged item. Once the damaged item has been received, we will send a replacement. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once your new item is received by our fulfillment team.


Sizing

We are happy to offer unisex tees apparel items that fit a wide range of sizes. Please be sure to check the size chart for each item before you place your order. Each hoodie/sweatshirt/t-shirt brand that we use follows a different matrix for the clothing items. While we can issue exchanges and store credits, we will not be able to offer cash back for items purchased.

Please note: UNISEX TEES/HOODIES/SWEATSHIRTS run big, so you may want to size down depending on your fit preference. With this in mind, customers are responsible for reading product descriptions, reviewing size charts, and measuring themselves before making a purchase. 

Although we currently use unisex items, if we decide to offer women’s cut tees; please note they run EXTREMELY SMALL. Please use the size chart, and measure yourself. 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Created to be Free is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking says “delivered” and you did not receive it, please contact your local USPS/UPS, immediately, with the tracking number that was provided to you. Once your order has been shipped, Created to be Free, LLC accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to your package. Also, we are not liable for any delays with your package. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays, so please plan accordingly and keep this in mind when placing your order. We pride ourselves on offering the best service to our customer, but we cannot be held responsible for conditions that are beyond our control.

Shipping Address Issues

Created to be Free Apparel WILL NOT be held liable for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase, we are not be able to make any changes.
