Can I return an item that is “on sale”?

Please note, all ON SALE items are Final - those items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we do not ship outside the US. If you would like us to ship to your country, feel free to reach out and let us know!

How do I track my order? 

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email with your order number. When your order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier. You will receive additional emails when your package is out for delivery and delivered. Once your order has been shipped, all questions and concerns should be directed to USPS/UPS.

Do you do bulk order pricing?

Yes! Please reach out to our team to discuss bulk orders.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

I saw a color on one of your social media platforms that’s not online. How can I order the one that I saw on social media? 

Colors, styles and designs change seasonally and items that you can choose from are based on availability. You can find all available CF merchandise right here on the website. If you do not see it on here, we are not selling that particular item at this time. Please be sure to check back weekly, as we are constantly making updates.

When will my favorite color be back in stock? 

Be sure to check our site for new releases. However, some items are one time only specials. Please plan accordingly, and order your favorite looks when you see them online!

How do I care for my CF items (hoodies/tees) at home? 

We use the best vendors and brands for our merchandise, however, there are some things you can do at home to make your items last. Machine wash inside out with like colors, or hand wash. Please do not bleach. Also, we do not recommend tumble drying for any of our products.  Hang hoodie/tee to dry, then iron inside out.

How do I contact the owners for interviews, events, panels, and conferences, vending opportunities and speaking engagements?

How do the hoodies and tees fit? 

Currently, we offer unisex hoodies/tees and women’s fit tees. With that, most of our items are unisex, as our customers love the versatility of the products. With that, if you like a fitted look, please order down (a size) for all unisex products.  THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT if you like your clothes to fit slimmer. As for women fitted tees, they run VERY small. Please consider ordering 1- 3 sizes up to have the most fitted look.  Lastly, please don’t forget to read the size charts BELOW the product description section for each item. 

How can I cancel or change my order?
